While this small 25 dollar swap was fine, another swap for over 2000 dollars failed AML even though it says Kucoin is a trusted partner and LOW kyc. I completed the KYC check over 24 hours ago and still kucoin has not responsed to swapspace to either complete the swap or refund the deposit. Why was it AML? It came from stake, who already does their own AML by requiring a playththrough for every new deposit. I will change this rating once I get my funds. Why cant I leave a review on my actual swap? Since it "failed" I am unable to leave a review. SS support has been helpful, it seems, so if the owner reads this, dont blame them. Update: i received my funds in full thanks to the swapspace team. I changed the rating to a 3 because of kucoin. I would avoid them at all costs.

It took 6 minutes to complete the swap. The ETA was 7 to 33 minutes. I also received the amount I was expecting. Thank you!

Overall happy with the transaction. Only complaint is that ETA was 17 mins but it took about 2hrs and 45mins to complete. Beyond that, love the convenience and the fees are pretty reasonable.
